CR Paddlers - About Us

CR Paddlers is a group of people in the Campbell River area of Vancouver Island who are interested in kayaking. The group was formed in 2001. We are not a club but rather a group of paddlers seeking other paddlers with a common interest and a desire for minimal organization and structure. The method of contact is through an email list. Most years we average about 40 members. Dues are $15 per year. Most trips are spontaneous and planned close to the weather. An affiliation with the nearby Comox group of paddlers is being enjoyed and trips planned by both groups have been shared.

How to Join?
Contact us by email to be put on an email list to get notifications of trips being undertaken. Reply to sender to let them know you wish to join in. Check us out. If you wish to join, pay dues and you are on the regular email list. We are always looking for new keen members. There is a wide variety of paddlers of all ages and skills.
